
Receptionist/administrator

Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Assist visitors by providing relevant information about the organization and guiding them as needed.
- Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage office supplies inventory and order new stock when needed.
- Prepare and process mail, deliveries, and other administrative correspondence.
- Maintain calendars for managers and staff, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and meeting arrangements.
- Support event planning and coordination for internal and external events.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer or visitor interactions.
- Update and organize databases, ensuring all information is current and accessible.
- Enter data into systems, spreadsheets, or databases as needed.
- Ensure that office equipment and facilities are operational, notifying relevant personnel of any issues.
- Assist in managing office maintenance or repair needs.
- Help with onboarding new employees and preparing office spaces as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone.
- Respond to inquiries promptly, providing assistance or directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Address any concerns or complaints and escalate them to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Uphold the organization’s professional standards in all communications and interactions.
Pay: ₹8,506.59 - ₹29,021.85 per month
