- For someone with extensive experience in physical security operations, this is an opportunity to take on a critical role in our Services Hub
- You’ll be making sure procedures are in place to protect our people, premises and assets against internal or external threats

**What you'll do**:
In this key role, you’ll be implementing policies, guidelines and procedures relating to physical, electronic security and access control arrangements for the bank. You’ll be supporting operational frameworks to maintain business activities, as well as supervising and monitoring access control activities and implementing effective strategies to support business needs and achieve internal targets.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

- Managing suppliers, contract performance and service level agreement adherence
- Performing audit procedures to make sure that controls are operating through the regular testing
- Assisting with the security framework and lockdown arrangements

**The skills you'll need**:
You’ll also bring:

- Experience and knowledge of electronic security systems, including visitor management and lockdown arrangements
- Knowledge of risk management and the ability to prepare audit checklists
- Experience of managing and resolving incidents
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage suppliers
- Operational experience in hotel management, finance and business and transport and facilities would be beneficial
- Previous IT and ITeS experience would be an advantage
