Professional qualification: BSc./PB BSc/MSc Nursing

**Urgently require 2 Nursing Tutors**

Experience: 1 year in Clinical and compulsorily 2 years Teaching experience in School or College of Nursing.
- Planning and implementation of monthly rotation plan as per master rotation includes, theory, clinical at various hospitals, practical exam, term exam, external lecture, educational visit, spiritual lecture, vacations, SNA Activities etc.
- Completion of monthly assignments which includes care plans, case presentations, case study, drug book, case book, procedure book, community profile, health assessment, newborn assessment, educational visit, journal, instruments book, procedure evaluation, health education, procedure record book, daily diary and re-exam.
- Preparation of weekly time table, exam time table, setting of exam question paper, term exam result, internal assessment, monthly absenteeism record, evaluation form.
- Demonstration of nursing procedures on dummy, demonstration of procedures on patients and evaluation of procedure.
- Preparation and Display of monthly rotation, weekly time table, term, exam time table on notice board.
- Study counseling as per individual student requirements.
- Conduct periodical and term exam
- Supervision in clinical areas and affiliated hospitals.
- Organizing and coordinating co curriculum activity such as WHO days, health camps, survey etc.
- Development and issue of education content included notes, tests and assignments
- Plan and implement educational visit
- Prepare and report periodic progress and semester reports to authority Fortnight ( Principal)
- Arrange PTM meeting first month of academic year
- Arrange a second individual PTM meeting after each periodic exam.
- Notify to principal and Maintain counseling report of students related misconduct or absenteeism.
- Maintain and record communication with parents if students' academic progress is low.
- Conduct one team research and workshop yearly.
- Participate in in-service education
- Planning of clinical teaching program with the cooperation and collaboration of clinical staff.
- Maintain and keep record inventory of respective lab monthly.
- Preparation and maintenance of records including coordinator file, term exam result register, theory attendance register, Board result register, cumulative records, internal assessment register, lab dead stock register, student daily signing, clinical register, leave record.
- Prepare and maintain cumulative record under guidance of principal madam at the end each academic year
- Assisting the Principal in the procurement of School/College supplies and equipment.
- Arrangements of functions for prize distribution lamp
- lighting ceremony.
- Imparting hospital culture within students.
- Conduct of periodical and terminal tests.
- Formative and summative evaluation of students as per state board policy.
- Any other duty that may be assigned to her from time to time relating to nursing institute.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
