Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nursing Tutor to join our team in Mumbai, India. The Nursing Tutor will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to nursing students, facilitating learning activities, and ensuring the successful comprehension of nursing concepts and skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct individual and group tutoring sessions for nursing students to enhance their understanding of course materials, clinical skills, and theoretical concepts.
- Develop customized learning plans and strategies to address the unique needs and learning styles of each student.
- Prepare and deliver engaging instructional materials, including presentations, interactive activities, and hands-on demonstrations.
- Evaluate students' progress through assessments, quizzes, and practical examinations, providing constructive feedback to promote improvement.
- Collaborate with faculty members to align tutoring activities with the curriculum objectives and learning outcomes.
- Stay updated on advancements in nursing education, incorporating relevant research findings and best practices into tutoring sessions.
- Provide mentorship and academic advising to students, offering guidance on study techniques, time management, and stress management.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation, critical thinking, and self-directed learning.
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, student attendance, and academic progress, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, workshops, and conferences to enhance tutoring skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution; Master's degree preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in India; additional certifications or specializations in nursing education are desirable.
- Proven experience as a nurse educator, clinical instructor, or tutor, preferably in an academic setting.
- Strong understanding of nursing principles, healthcare concepts, and clinical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of students.
- Proficiency in educational technologies and learning management systems (LMS) for delivering online tutoring sessions and accessing course materials.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed in their academic and professional pursuits.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and student needs, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages commonly spoken in Mumbai would be an asset.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
