IND Administrative Assistant
**Location**
Gurgaon
**Education/ certifications/Work Experience Required**
- Minimum 9 years of prior administrative assistant experience.
- Is skilled in MS office tools
- Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
**Specific Administrative Accountabilities**
- Maintain high level of confidentiality
- Attend Team meetings and transcribe/post meeting notes via mail/ on database (as required)
- Manage leaders’ calendar(s)
- Arrange Travel, prepare expense reports and update time recording information (as required)
- Maintain reference and distribution lists.
- Resource to leaders as needed for activities including computer/ administrative / software/ facilities assistance
- Works on miscellaneous activities not limited to mail distribution, faxing, copying, answering phones & filing
- Skilled in preparing word document, PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports
- Maintains updates and organizes information in databases.
- Help with special projects and ad hoc requests
- Tracks purchase order requisitions
