the RoleIND Analyst I Wealth - PA Technology is responsible for configuring and testing Aons proprietary Pension Administration System to meet the needs of our clients requirements Configuring involves using proprietary systems and tools to set up and configure load tables parameters in the System as defined by analysis mapping Testing involves the preparation of test cases and test data and execution of test activities based on the direction from the Senior Analyst This role is designed as an entry-level position for applicants with strong skill sets in programming logic systems configuration and testing related to systems that support human resource functions Key Responsibilitiesxc2xb7 Demonstrate good logical and analytical abilities xc2xb7 Understand the database structure of Pension Tool and provide support for the reporting loading and updating of data xc2xb7 Reviews client requirements given in requirement document task description adhere to the Due dates and support the client delivery priority xc2xb7 Asks clarifying questions on the stated requirements and effectively use the handoff time xc2xb7 Configures the system to meet low complexity analysis specifications xc2xb7 Provide support for VBA Excel Access based tools including the innovative ideas tool developments along with Basic SQL and advanced Excel related work xc2xb7 Knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologiesxc2xb7 Self-learning and exploring new techs to increase the efficiency of the system by taking part in innovation drives xc2xb7 Escalates issues when appropriate xc2xb7 Starts developing skill set setting their path for next role xc2xb7 Efficient at completing tasks accurately and within time constraints xc2xb7 Completes straight forward tasks with some oversight Role SpecificationsEducation Certifications Bachelors degree in Science Engineering Information Technology Computer Science OR Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Experiencexc2xb7 Freshers or a candidate with an experience of 0 6 months in Pensions Benefits Domain and Technical Skills Required Skillsxc2xb7 Applies basic relational database concepts e g table relationships keys xc2xb7 Writes basic SQL queries VBA codes xc2xb7 Support MS Access tools development enhancement bug fix xc2xb7 Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle SDLC principles concepts xc2xb7 Troubleshoots basic system defects and errors xc2xb7 Interprets and understands typical client requirements documentation Desired Skillsxc2xb7
