Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Leveraging LinkedIn to build professional networks and engage with potential clients.
- Making outbound and inbound calls to leads from Facebook campaigns and other sources to convert them into business opportunities.
- Fixing appointments and ensuring at least 15 client meetings are scheduled per month from relevant calls.
- Conducting client visits and field outreach to build and strengthen relationships.
- Using AI tools to optimize marketing strategies and client engagement processes.
- Preparing impactful PowerPoint presentations to communicate ideas effectively.
- Conducting market research to generate actionable insights.
- Performing data entry and maintaining client records in an organized manner.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Maintaining excellent communication in English (spoken and written), with conversational proficiency in Hindi and Bengali.

Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, client engagement, or related roles.
- Strong AI knowledge and ability to use AI tools for marketing optimization.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn networking and lead engagement.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with conversational fluency in Hindi and Bengali.
- Strong ability to fix appointments and handle inbound/outbound calls.
- Proven track record of meeting monthly client meeting targets.
- Skilled in PowerPoint presentations, market research, and data management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
