**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Handle daily operations**: Manage **data entry**, for various projects.
- **Excel Management**: Work extensively with **Microsoft Excel** to organize data.
- **Client Record Maintenance**: Keep **client records** and **project details** up to date, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in **performance tracking**.
- **Continuous Learning**: Regularly update your knowledge of **digital marketing concepts** and explore new **tools** to enhance performance and workflow.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **1-2 years of experience** in **operations**, with a focus on **data management** and **client interaction**.
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office**, especially **Excel**, for **data management**, **reporting**.
- **Strong communication skills** in **English** (both written and spoken) for internal coordination and client communication.
- **AI-savvy**: Familiar with AI tools like **ChatGPT**, **Grammarly**, and other **advanced platforms** to improve efficiency and productivity.
- **Hardworking**, **energetic**, and **detail-oriented** with a focus on **accuracy** in all deliverables.
- **Basic understanding of digital marketing processes** and a willingness to stay updated with new tools and trends.
