- Library Executive (Concierge)**

**Role**:
Library Manager

Library executive is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the library like:

- This role involves providing customer services, handling administration tasks, and promoting library services.
- Ensuring efficient management of resources, assisting patrons, and maintaining an organised collection of materials.
- Provide information about library resources, policies, and services.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and identify missing or damaged materials.
- Help maintain and update the library’s online catalogue system.
- Collaborate with community organisations to enhance library visibility and engagement.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Organise and shelf material in a periodic manner.
- Handle day to day administrative duties i.e filing, data entry & scheduling.
- Ensure the library rules and policies are followed by patrons.
- Register new members and issue library cards.
- Assist patrons with using digital resources, including databases, e-books, and online catalogue systems.

**Work Experience**

Both(Fresher/Experience)

**Educational Qualifications**

Degree in Library science/Information science/Architect Engineer or related field

**Skills**
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Attectin in detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer services skills
- Proficiency in MS office and library management software
- Focus on time management & team work
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry Documents and materials

**Working Hours**:
Full Time

Day Shift

**Location**:
Sec 71, Gurgaon, Haryana

**Salary**:
20k - 40k p/Month

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
