Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP design consultants to ensure smooth design integration.

Review and approve MEP designs, shop drawings, BOQs, and material submittals.

Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, safety norms, and budgetary targets.

Manage and monitor site-level MEP activities, workforce, subcontractors, and vendors.

Collaborate with PMC (Project Management Consultants) and ensure alignment with execution milestones.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, NBC, IS codes, and international MEP standards.

Conduct periodic quality checks, audits, and prepare technical reports.

Efficiently handle Mivan construction-specific MEP coordination and interface management.

Lead a large on-site team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in MEP project management for residential high-rise (Mivan) projects.

Must have successfully completed at least one luxury residential tower project (40+ floors).

Strong knowledge in HVAC, electrical systems, firefighting systems, STP/WTP, BMS, and plumbing networks.

Proven ability to manage and motivate large teams and interact confidently with PMC and consultants.

Experience working with top-tier construction or real estate firms is highly preferred.

Proficient in tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, and BIM coordination tools (Navisworks/Revit MEP preferred).

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
