**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role in Hyderabad for a BIM Modular MEP (Building Information Modeling Modular Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) professional. The BIM Modular MEP professional will be responsible for managing BIM services for MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting) projects and collaborating on MEPF design development between various teams. This professional will also be responsible for creating MEPF BIM models from scratch and ensuring that the MEPF designs get carried through from the development stage until construction and commissioning.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in BIM MEP services
- Experience in developing BIM models for MEPF projects
- Experience in working with different MEPF software, including AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP and Navisworks
- Good knowledge of MEPF building codes and regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with various teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Experience in LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) projects is a plus

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
