**Position**:BIM Architect

**Location**:Undri, Pune, Maharshtra.

**Employment Type**:[Freshers/Full-time/Permanent]

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Design and drawing preparation in accordance with specifications.
- To produce a range of architectural 3D models for the Architectural, Structural and Interior.
- Delivering BIM projects using **Revit software.**:

- Collaborate with the project lead and other leads, as well as engineers and designers.
- Communication and collaboration with other disciplines.

**Qualifications**:

- Years of Experience
- **1-3** year
- Degree qualified in **Architecture.**:

- **Expert in Revit architecture, AutoCAD.**:

- Knowledge in Architectural principles, techniques and technical detailing is required to execute the Architectural working drawings
- Should be able to operate alone or as part of a team, taking responsibility for specified projects and results.
- Strong communication (written/verbal) skills and the ability to participate effectively to discipline-specific conversations
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with team members from all disciplines.
- Experience in architectural design that is practical, 'hands-on,' and up to date.
- Team player that is enthusiastic and self-motivated, and who wants to grow with our expanding organization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
