Job description

1.Holds a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Architecture.

2.3-5 years of Revit design and drafting experience in AEC industry.

3.Excellent Knowledge and Skills of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up

4.Designs conceptual drawings, presentation drawings, working drawings, related to the project.

5.Prepares design basis reports for different stages of design documentation.

6.Assists in compiling data for architectural plans, specifications, cost estimates.

7.Ability to set up new project files in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 Docs and knowledge of Dynamo programming for the team documentation.

8.Prepares BIM modelling and detailing per project requirements.

9.Reviews and assists in preparation of shop drawings, submittals, mock-ups in Construction administration stage.

10.Produces and delivers a full set of accurate CAD/Revit drawings and 3D modelling.

11.Experience with parametric modelling software (Dynamo or similar)

12.Excellent Verbal, Written and Communication skills in both English and Hindi languages.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
