We are looking for a Procurement assistant to join our team and help manage our organization’s procurement needs.

Procurement Specialist responsibilities include assisting with the procurement process, preparation of purchase orders, researching new suppliers, ensuring that all purchased products and materials meet our specifications, and negotiating with vendors as needed. The Construction Procurement Specialist will be responsible for handling multiple construction projects at one time.

The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Responsibilities

1. Prepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions

2. Prepare and issue purchase orders to the vendors based on the requirement of the material raised by Foreman

3. Resolve issues and concerns related to specification of the material raising from vendors and Foremans

4. Managing the procurement of Materials

5. Ensuring the smooth delivery of the materials on construction site and tracking back ordered materials on timely basis.

6. Ensuring compliance of the orders with all related laws and regulations.

7. Managing daily, monthly and quarterly reports

8. Developing and maintaining supplier relationships

9. Coordinating with other departments like Accounts payable

10. Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies
- Requirements and Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, (i.e. Construction Management, Civil Engineer, Project Management, etc.)

2. Good working knowledge of Construction Materials

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

4. Highly developed attention to detail

5. Strong computer skills with ability to utilize Excel spreadsheets and all Microsoft Office suite products.

6. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

**Salary**: ₹10,805.11 - ₹44,672.81 per month
