JD Procurement Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers/vendors based on quality, price, and delivery speed.
- Process purchase orders accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details, negotiate terms, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, including contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to avoid stockouts.
- Track shipments and communicate with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and identifying opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to procurement in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure alignment on procurement goals and objectives.
- Stay informed about market trends, new products, and industry best practices to support strategic decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
