**Job Description:Job Title**: Collection Executive

**Location**: Hyderabad (Field & Office-based)

**Experience**: 1-3 Years (preferred in loan or EMI collections)
- Follow up with loan defaulters via phone calls, messages, and in-person visits
- Visit customers at their residence or workplace to collect overdue payments
- Explain due amounts, payment terms, and consequences of non-payment
- Update collection status in the system and maintain proper documentation
- Coordinate with the branch and accounts team for account status updates
- Ensure all recovery efforts are conducted in a professional and lawful manner
- Escalate chronic or high-risk cases for further legal or senior management action
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets
- 1-3 years of experience in **loan recovery**, **collections**, or **field sales**:

- Good communication skills (Telugu, Hindi, English preferred)
- Must be comfortable with **field visits** and direct customer interaction
- Basic understanding of loan documents and EMI structures
- Ability to handle tough conversations and resolve disputes tactfully
- Should have a valid **two-wheeler and driving license**:

- Familiarity with MS Excel or collection tracking tools is a plus
