**Job description**

**Role & responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to ensure the overdue are collected which involves contacting customers to remind of payment schedule and obtain relevant payments.
- Prepare reconcilation on the payments received/not received.
- Be able to work under pressure with strong teamwork spirit.
- Communicate with clients to build and maintain a positive relationship and ensure a smooth collection process.
- Experience in retail loan collection or related areas are preferred.
- Proficient in Hindi and local language
- Working Knowledge of MS - Office, MS- Excel
- Must have Two Wheeler with Valid License.
- Willing to travel other states when required.(For Example Pune ,Delhi)
