**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Performance Management**:Implement and oversee the performance appraisal process.Guide managers on performance-related matters, such as goal setting, feedback delivery, and conducting reviews.Develop and track improvement plans for underperforming employees.Support employee growth through development plans and training initiatives.

**2. HR Operations**:Manage and streamline HR operations, including employee records, HRIS, and reporting.Oversee employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to exit procedures.Ensure HR systems and procedures are optimized for efficiency and compliance.Monitor and update policies, ensuring alignment with business needs and legal standards.

**3. Employee Relations**: Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and issues.Resolve employee relations matters such as workplace conflicts and grievances.Work to maintain high employee engagement and satisfaction through proactive communication and support.

**4. Compliance and Policy Implementation**:Ensure HR policies comply with employment laws and regulations.Regularly review and update company policies, communicating changes to employees.Provide training on compliance-related matters, such as labor laws and workplace standards.

**5. HR Administration**:Maintain accurate HR records, including employee documentation and system data.Support the administration of benefits, payroll inquiries, and other HR-related processes.Coordinate the offboarding process, ensuring a smooth and compliant employee exit.

**6. Training and Development**: Work with leadership to identify training needs and develop training programs.Support managers in leadership development and employee growth initiatives.Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and ensure alignment with company goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
