Transport Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule daily transport operations for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, CHA, and courier partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor vehicle availability, route planning, and load optimization for efficient deliveries.
- Ensure proper documentation for all shipments including invoices, e-way bills, LRs, delivery challans, etc.
- Track shipments and update internal systems and concerned departments regularly.
- Resolve any delivery issues or delays and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
- Ensure transport compliance with legal, safety, and company standards.
- Maintain a database of logistics vendors and evaluate their performance.
- Support in freight rate negotiation and cost optimization efforts.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, production, and sales teams for smooth dispatch operations.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
