Urgent hiring for Inside Sales Executive (Voice Process)
Location: Venkata Reddy Layout, Bangalore

Languages: Hindi & English (mandatory)

Join our dynamic Inside Sales Team and guide customers in selecting the right diagnostic services through clear and compelling conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to potential customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable health packages
Clearly explain pricing, offers, and service details
Handle objections effectively and close bookings
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi & English
Strong persuasion and active listening skills
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Experience with CRM tools (preferred)
Background in healthcare/diagnostics (preferred)
Compensation Details:
Fixed Salary: ₹4.60 LPA
Performance-Based Variable: ₹1.80 LPA
Total Potential CTC: ₹6.40 LPA
Pay: ₹10,763.75 - ₹40,973.52 per month
