**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of continental dishes including soups, pastas, grilled meats, sauces, salads, and plated appetizers/main courses.
- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure mise en place is prepared and organized before each service.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen at all times.
- Store and label all food items correctly to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the assigned section of the kitchen.
- Handle kitchen equipment responsibly and report any maintenance issues.
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Comply with HACCP and food safety procedures consistently.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in continental cuisine.
- Basic understanding of Western/European culinary techniques and ingredients.
- Culinary diploma or relevant vocational training is preferred.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Passion for food, presentation, and learning new skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of sauces, grill, sauté, or cold kitchen sections.
- Experience working in hotels or fine-dining establishments.
- Familiarity with kitchen hygiene standards and safety protocols.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
