As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure that we maximize short and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunities. You'll oversee the on-time delivery, contract adherence and payment for our offshore customers. In this dynamic role, you'll coordinate job activities across organizational boundaries, ensuring delivery to our customers.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Deploying field resource and execution to meet customer and business metrics and Interface with the customer service managers on issues escalation.
- Developing long range forecast for region resource needs
- Developing and executing short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development through advance level training
- Working together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done
- Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.
- Handling diverse clients in a region. Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10-15 years of experience in Services).
- Have minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Resource Management.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills. Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
