**Job description**

The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to the delivery of two-wheelers to customers. This includes ensuring timely dispatch, managing documentation, coordinating with sales and service teams, and providing excellent customer service during the handover process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Coordination**: Liaise with customers to confirm delivery dates, explain delivery processes, and ensure a smooth experience.
- **Vehicle Preparation**: Coordinate with the PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and service team to ensure vehicles are cleaned, inspected, and ready for delivery.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and verify all documents related to vehicle delivery such as invoice, insurance, registration papers, etc.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock availability and update records for delivered vehicles.
- **Customer Handover**: Oversee the final delivery and explain basic vehicle features, safety protocols, and maintenance schedules to customers.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect feedback from customers post-delivery and report any concerns or suggestions for improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
