**Position Overview**:
Location: Andheri

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Surface Preparation**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks.
- **Painting and Finishing**:

- Ensure that all painted surfaces meet company standards for quality and appearance.
- **Color Matching and Mixing**:

- Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors and finishes.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required, such as masks, gloves, and safety glasses.
- Dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with local regulations.
- **Maintenance and Cleanup**:

- Maintain painting tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.
- Clean up work areas after completing each task, ensuring no paint residue or materials are left behind.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with other contractors, including carpenters and electricians, to ensure that painting work does not interfere with other ongoing tasks.
- Communicate effectively with the project manager and team members to coordinate work and address any issues.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets company standards and customer expectations.
- Make touch-ups and corrections as necessary to achieve the desired results.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Painter in a commercial or residential setting.
- Proficient in various painting techniques and the use of painting tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices related to painting.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring lifting, climbing, and standing for long periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in painting or a related field is a plus.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 2 days

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per day
