**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Person who can solve customer issue if any and manage the work flow.
- You have to make sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations.
- You have Complete operations by developing schedules; Assigning and monitoring work;Gathering resources; Implementing productivity standards; resolving operations problems.
