- MAINTAINENECE OF OFFICE EQUIPMENTS
- PEST CONTROL MANAGEMENT
- KEEPING RECORDS OF FSR FOR AMC OF A.C, D.G VRF, ELECTRICAL PANEL
- RENEWAL OF AMC FOR GENERATOR, AC, DG AND COORDINATING WITHVENDORS
- GETTING APPROVAL OF VENDORS FOR MAINTAINENCE WORK AT MINIMAL COSTS
- VENDORS MANAGEMENT
- PURCHASE OF OFFICE STATIONERY
- COURRIER MANAGEMENT: DISPATCH REGISTER
- CROSS CHECKING OF ALL ADMIN RELATED PURCHASE INVOICES
- UPKEEPING OF OFFICE EQUIPMENTS AND DISTRIBUTION OF ELECTTRONIC ITEMS AS AND WHEN NEEDED WITH PRIOR APPROVAL
- EMPLOYEES MANAGEMENT (BIOMETRIC PUNCH REGISTRATION, LATE DEDUCTIONS,
- COMP OFF, PL APPROVAL WITH PROPER LEAVE APPLICATION FORM, OVERTIME OF NURSES AND OT TECHNICIANS)
- MAINTAINENCE OF HOSPITAL BY GETTING ALL CIVIL WORK DONE AS AND WHEN NEEDED
- COORDINATING WITH CORPORATE HR AT HEAD OFFICE REGARDING EMPLOYEE REALTED ISSUES
- RESOLVING PATIENTS’ COMPLAINTS AND ENSURING PATIENTSATISFACTION. OPTIMIZING PATIENT'S SATISFACTION BY REDUCING WAITING TIME, ENSURING CLEANLINESS AND STAFF COURTESY.
- ENSURING PROPER FLOW OF FILE MOVEMENT FROM RECEPTION TILL EXIT OF PATIENT.
- PAYMENT AND UPDATION

**Salary**: From ₹16,000.00 per month
