A Telecalling Executive, also known as a Telecaller or Telesales Executive, is primarily responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales or leads, and to provide customer support. They may also handle inbound calls, answer customer inquiries, and resolve complaints. Essentially, they are the voice of the company for many customer interactions.
