We are seeking motivated and results-driven Tele Callers to join our dynamic IT sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, promoting our IT solutions, and generating sales leads.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Outbound Calls**: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our IT products and services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and listening.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our IT solutions, including software, hardware, and services, to effectively address client needs and objections.
- **Sales Pitch**: Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our IT solutions.
- **CRM Management**: Accurately record and manage all client interactions and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on call activity, lead status, and sales performance to the Sales Manager.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telecalling particularly in the IT or technology sector.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of IT products and services, with a willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
- **Organization**: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle a high volume of calls.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
