Job Title: Sales Executive
**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients.
Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct presentations to showcase our products/services.
Clearly articulate value propositions and address client needs.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Targets:
Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Continuously assess and improve sales strategies to maximize results.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Provide feedback to the team for product/service enhancements.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.
Ensure contracts and agreements are accurately documented.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
