Job Title: Sales Executive

- Salary: 20k/month + Sales Incentive

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and client engagement.
- Conduct pre-sales activities such as client meetings, product presentations, and travel itinerary consultations.
- Manage post-sales follow-ups, including customer support, feedback collection, and repeat business initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze sales trends, customer needs, and market insights to refine strategies.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to expand brand presence.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and tailor travel solutions accordingly.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
