Job Title: Customer Sales Associate (CSA)

Job Summary:
Responsibilites

Establish relationships with new and existing clients

Promote products and services to customers and effectively communicate the value proposition

Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner

Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts

Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved

Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in a CRM system

**Requirements**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong presentation skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service (preferred)
