Job Overview:
We’re looking for a responsible Shipping Assistant to handle daily dispatch

operations, monitor outgoing goods, and assist in billing and documentation.

- Oversee daily shipment activities — track what material is going out and

when.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams for timely dispatch.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, and billing details.
- Maintain shipment records and update dispatch logs in Excel/ERP.
- Ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and coordination with transporters.
- Support the accounts and logistics team in daily dispatch and billing tasks.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in dispatch/shipping/logistics.
- Basic knowledge of billing, invoicing, and dispatch documentation.
- Proficient in MS Excel or ERP entry (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
