We are looking for a **Content Moderator** to review, monitor, and moderate user-generated content across various platforms. The role involves ensuring compliance with community guidelines and policies while maintaining a safe and engaging online environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and moderate **text, images, videos, and user-generated content**.
- Handle **chat support, voice, and non-voice processes** to resolve user concerns.
- Identify and remove **offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content**.
- Respond to user queries and escalate critical issues when necessary.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity while reviewing content.
- Follow company guidelines and policies for moderation and user interaction.
- Collaborate with teams to improve content policies and processes.
- Work in **rotational shifts**, including weekends, if required.

**Required Skills**:

- Good **communication skills (verbal & written)**.
- Strong **analytical and decision-making skills**.
- Ability to handle **sensitive and graphic content** with professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of **social media platforms, online forums, and chat tools**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel)** and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced and high-pressure environment**.

**Qualifications**:

- **Any graduate (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, B.Tech, etc.) or equivalent qualification**.
- Prior experience in **content moderation, customer support, or BPO** is an advantage.
