We are seeking a dedicated Content Moderator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content, ensuring adherence to community standards, and enhancing user experience.

Responsibilities

- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.
- Identify and escalate inappropriate content or behavior to the appropriate team.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving content moderation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and safety.
- Maintain an understanding of current trends and issues affecting the community.

Skills and Qualifications

- 1-5 years of experience in content moderation or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a critical eye for identifying policy violations.
- Familiarity with tools and software used for content moderation and reporting.
