We are seeking a dedicated Content Moderator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content, ensuring that it aligns with our community guidelines and enhances the overall user experience.
Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards.
- Identify and escalate content that violates policies to the appropriate team members.
- Monitor and analyze content trends to improve moderation processes.
- Provide feedback on content moderation policies and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with other teams to address user issues and improve user experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in content moderation or a related field.
- Candidate Should be from Hyderabad and An Immediate Joiner Only
- CTC : 30% Hike upto 3.40 LPA
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with content moderation tools and software.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of cultural sensitivities and diversity issues in content moderation.
