**l Regularly train the team on competition, market dynamics and industry updates with relevant data & web links for future reference. Prepare PLAN OF ACTION every month.**

**l Track Individual RM's lead allocations, site visit fixed & done status preferably in excel for tracking**

**l Handhold, assist & help team for negotiations & conversions**

**l Personal attention to hot prospects following up for conversion & reference.**

**l Implement best practices with team for achieving sales targets**

**Role**:
**l Check on active leads status & coordinate with marketing team on media plan for the month**

**l Helping in product configuration, amenities, pricing and project positioning**

**l Monitoring inventory control on Project collaterals pro-actively**

**l Track & assist CRM to ensure 20% agreement is collected, agreement executed within timelines**
