_**We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance in our facilities. Who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all **equipment's** **and maintain them well. An excellent maintenance supervisor must be reliable and have a great eye for detail. They must have technical skills and knowledge of various crafts such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc. Knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling are also essential. The goal is to ensure that facilities & all **equipment's** **are always in a good and safe condition.**_

**Duties and responsibilities**:
1. Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and do necessary maintenance and repairing.
2. Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and adhere to the schedules.
3. Supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs, or maintenance. (electricians, plumbers, etc.)
4. Inspect and maintain facility systems (AC, ventilation, DG, Exhaust Systems, etc.)
5. Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
6. Monitor inventory of materials and equipment. Keep and update maintenance register for all the equipment such as fridge, grinders, heavy utility units, bikes, office machines, printers, DG, exhaust system, etc.
7. Participate in coordination of projects (e.g., renovations).
8. Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
9. Maintain contact information of all contractors required for maintenance.
10. Update management about maintenance issues and present the maintenance register in weekly meetings.
11. Keep track of maintenance cost and always follow cost-effective problem-solving method.
12. Prioritize repair work according to the criticality and cost of the repair.
13. Should always be open for new ideas or suggestions for betterment of the organization and if any new installation is needed to increase efficiency.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role.
2. Strong technical knowledge of all facility systems. (electrical, plumbing, etc.) 3. Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations.
4. Understanding of budgeting.
5. Excellent planning and leadership abilities.
6. An eye for detail.
7. Computer savvy.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Diploma / Degree from a vocational school will be a plus.
10. Professional Certifications are also preferred.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
