Are you a proactive and organized individual with a knack for maintaining operational efficiency in a restaurant setting? Join our team as a Utility Supervisor and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate utility staff responsible for cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure a sanitary and organized kitchen environment.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
- Train and supervise utility staff, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall restaurant operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, cleaning procedures, and safety protocols.
- Leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate a team.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in utility or maintenance roles.
- Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
