- **Responsibilities**:_
- Ads - designing and animating ads for meta and google
- Ideation - new ideas in every brainstorm meeting and be able to execute them
- Reference collection bank - populating references almost everyday
- Research - present research of digital marketing/ads of companies in India and the World from which we can learn
- Learning bank - create a bank of mistakes made so we never repeat them
- **Qualifications and Skills**:_

Experience - 1 year minimum

Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree. If you don't have that, you have to be phenomenal for us to overlook that

Software's:

- Adobe suite - illustrator, photoshop (advanced)
- Adobe suite - premiere pro and after effects (basics)
- Canva
- AI software & prompting - mid-journey and runway (basics)

**Preferable (but no necessary)**
- Experience with a D2C brand
- Experience in the Health/Wellness Industry
- Someone who has an active lifestyle or works out
- Designed and Animated pure conversion ads for meta and google
- Premiere pro or Final Cut Pro basics

A rush for rapid growthby failing fast and learning faster. Good knowledge of the neuroscience of marketing and consumer psychology Values executing fast over perfection

**Job Location - Kurla**

**Office timing - Mon to Fri - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm & Sat - till 4 pm (All Saturday working)**

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
