Graphic Designer

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation**:

- Develop and produce 2D designs for digital, print, and branding materials, including advertisements, brochures, banners, social media graphics, and website assets.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet project objectives and client needs.
- Create design layouts, illustrations, icons, and infographics based on the project requirements.
- Develop user-friendly visual interfaces and components for digital platforms.
- **Branding & Identity Design**:

- Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring that all visual elements are consistent with the company’s or client’s branding standards.
- Design logo variations, brand assets, and promotional materials that align with the brand identity.
- **Typography & Color Theory**:

- Select appropriate fonts, color palettes, and imagery that complement the brand’s visual identity and project objectives.
- Ensure typography and design elements are used effectively to enhance communication and overall design aesthetics.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:

- Work closely with the creative director, marketing team, and other departments to understand the vision and requirements for each project.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to design concepts.
- **File Preparation & Production**:

- Prepare and export design files for various platforms and ensure they meet technical requirements for print and digital media.
- Provide assets and mockups for development teams or production as required.
- **Feedback & Revisions**:

- Incorporate feedback from clients, stakeholders, and senior designers into the design process and deliver revisions on time.
- Ensure designs meet deadlines and quality standards, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Trends & Innovation**:

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
- Experiment with new styles, techniques, and design solutions to push creative boundaries.
## **Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a 2D Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role in a creative environment.
- Experience designing for both digital and print media.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Ability to create visually appealing designs with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and web graphics (HTML, CSS knowledge a plus).
- Familiarity with basic animation or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,165.10 - ₹20,000.00 per month
