**Job Title**: Warehouse Supervisor

**Location**: Mundra Port
**Salary**: ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 (in-hand) + PF and ESIC

**Job Description / Key Result Areas**:

- **Warehouse Operations Supervision**: Ensure smooth operation of inbound, outbound, and general warehouse activities.
- **System Operations**: Proficient in system-based operations for warehouse management.
- **Data Management**: Advanced Excel and internet skills for reporting and operational tasks.
- **Customs Knowledge**: Familiarity with customs processes such as Bill of Entry will be an advantage.
- **People Management**: Effective leadership skills to manage and motivate the team.
- **Flexible Work Hours**: Willingness to work late hours as needed.

**Desired Competencies & Skills**:

- **Industry Experience**: Experience in warehouse operations, preferably handling packed food articles.
- **Initiative**: A self-starter who can work independently.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong communication abilities, with knowledge of Gujarati preferred.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure compliance with processes and maintain accurate records.
