**Job Summary**
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate **SPECIAL EDUCATOR** to join our Charitable Trust
You may work with children suffering from a wide range of disorders, e.g. ASD, ADHD, cerebral palsy, dyslexia, mental retardation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop an individualized treatment plan for each child.
- Educate the supporting staff on what they can do for the children or how they must respond to certain behaviors.
- Provide complete documentation and records of assessments and treatments adhering to in-house policies.
- **Eligibility Criteria**:

- 2 Years of practical experience, working with children in a clinical setting is desirable

**Job Requirements**:

- Must be approachable and empathic towards children
- Must be knowledgeable of various therapeutic methods and should be able to switch between different approaches to meet each child’s needs.
- Excellent communication skills, especially, the ability to communicate with children of different ages and from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
- Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal regulations as determined by relevant regulatory bodies and the law.
- Willingness to attend team meetings, as well as seminars on topics relevant to our client base.
