**Job brief**

The Madhuram Narayanan Centre for Exceptional Children (MNC), unit of Bala Mandir Kamaraj Trust, established in December 1989, has dedicated over three decades to providing high-quality Early Intervention services for children aged 0 to 6 years with Intellectual Disability (ID), Developmental Delays (DD), and associated conditions including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down’s Syndrome (DS), Cerebral Palsy (CP), Hydrocephaly, Microcephaly, Metabolic Disorders, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)..

**Responsibilities**

Qualification for Special Educators

1. Preferably should be a graduate with either a Diploma in Special Education or B. Ed or M.Ed in Special Education. ( ID, Autism, CP, Multiple Disability)Graduates can be in Science, Psychology, Social sciences like social work, counselling etc)

2. Preferably with 2 years experience in any EIC as a special educator.

3. Exposure to Upanayan, MDPs or any other EI tool will be useful.

4. Must have good communication skills, leadership quality, team player

5. Experience and exposure to disability field will be much preferred.

6. Exposure to Microsoft office tools (to work on Upaneeta) will be preferred or else can be trained in-house.

6. If the special educator has knowledge in integrated fields of intervention like Communication and Speech, PT, OT, Vision etc it will be welcome.

7. Experience in disability related project work in any organization will be additional qualification. (for example Government related census work of disabled etc. )

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
