**Secret Auditor - FMCG Marketing**

**Job Overview**

**Secret Auditor** in **FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) Marketing** is responsible for evaluating retail execution, marketing compliance, and customer experience through undercover audits. This role involves visiting stores, distributors, or sales points discreetly to assess branding, product placement, sales team performance, and adherence to marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Market Auditing & Compliance Check**
- Conduct secret audits at retail stores, supermarkets, and distributors to assess marketing execution.
- Ensure that branding, product placement, and promotional materials are properly displayed.
- Check for compliance with marketing strategies and sales guidelines.

**Competitor Analysis**
- Observe competitor products, pricing, promotions, and shelf positioning.
- Provide insights into market trends and customer preferences.

**Customer Experience Evaluation**
- Interact with sales representatives as a regular customer to assess service quality.
- Evaluate product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.

**Report & Data Analysis**
- Prepare detailed reports with findings, observations, and improvement suggestions.
- Provide photographic evidence and data-driven insights to the management team.
- Highlight any gaps in execution and recommend corrective actions.

**Coordination & Feedback**
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve field execution.
- Suggest strategies to enhance customer experience and brand presence.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**

**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong observation and analytical skills.
- Understanding of FMCG retail and marketing strategies.
- Excellent report-writing and presentation abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in market research, auditing, or FMCG sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong analytical skills can also apply.

**Work Environment & Salary**
- **Work Location: RANCHI, JHARKHAND**:

- Field visits + Reporting
- **Working Hours**: Flexible, based on audit schedules.
- **Salary Range**: Up to 30K Per Month

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
