Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
- Identify and establish relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders in the electric vehicle sector.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility in.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely resolution of queries and issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster long-term partnerships.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management within the Electric Vehicle or Automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of the electric vehicle market and surrounding areas.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local regulations and policies related to the electric vehicle industry would be an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
