**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Present and explain Hooqx’s web development and digital marketing services to potential customers.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels (e.g., marketing campaigns, website inquiries).
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to help them achieve their business goals.
- Build and maintain a customer database with accurate contact information.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Handle client objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions to close sales.
- Maintain thorough records of client interactions, sales status, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective lead management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, service offerings, and industry trends to better serve clients.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as Web Consultant.
- Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or customer service roles, preferably within a digital marketing or IT service environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships over the phone.
- Confident and persuasive, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of web development and digital marketing services is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
