**SCR & **BMS Executive -**
- As a SCR & BMS Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

- _
- The role of the SCR & BMS Executive is to ensure effective operation of the Gameskraft Security Control Room & Building Management System providing expert knowledge, guidance and support in its development and to ensure the safe and timely completion of planned and reactive maintenance of the CCTV, ACS & Building Management System._
- The post holder will work closely with the other workshop supervisors, engineers and managers to deliver continued support of building services, to ensure minimum down time, increased efficiency and end user satisfaction._
- The postholder will be expected to work in areas at height, in cramped plant rooms, and areas where access is restricted. Work may be indoors or outdoors at all times of the year and across the Gameskraft estate._

❖ _Complete fault diagnosis and rectification on the whole range of CCTV, ACS & BMS equipment._

❖ _Identify potential systems software and hardware issues that may lead to unnecessary failure of services,_
- thereby minimizing risk, disruption and inconvenience to building users._

❖ _Provide information as requested for risk registers, condition surveys and databases._

❖ _Escalate issues found during maintenance requiring capital investment, e.g. replacement items following_
- repeat maintenance visits._

❖ _You will, from time-to-time, be required to undertake other duties of a similar nature as reasonably_
- required by your line manager._

❖ _Expert in operating, troubleshooting and maintaining CCTV Surveillance & ACS._

❖ _Should have considerable knowledge in maintenance, repair, installation and fitting of CCTV, ACS & BMS/_
- automated controls._

❖ _Experience of working effectively with skilled operatives or contractors._

❖ _Experience of safely working on a variety of installations, appliances and equipment._

❖ _Managing relationships with building owners, vendors and contractors._

- _Proven experience in Security Systems & BMS._
- _Knowledge of CCTV Surveillance._
- _Knowledge of Auditing, reporting and processing._
- _Working knowledge of MS Office._
- _Well-organized and reliable._
- _Customer-oriented approach._
- _Min 4-5 years of experience._
