**Here’s what your day would look like**:

- Conduct video calls with customers to verify their identity and documents
- Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines while
- performing Video KYC procedures
- Communicate effectively with customers to guide them through the verification process and address any concerns
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation and information collected during the VKYC process
- Collaborate with other teams, such as compliance and customer service, to ensure smooth operations
