This role is vital for managing our participation in government tenders through the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Registration and Maintenance**:
- Register the organization on the GeM portal and ensure all credentials are up to date.
- Handle documentation and verification processes as required by GeM regulations.
**Tender Identification**:
- Research and identify relevant tenders on the GeM portal.
- Evaluate opportunities aligned with the company’s services/products.
**Bid Preparation and Submission**:
- Carefully review tender requirements, terms, and conditions.
- Prepare and upload accurate bids with all necessary documentation.
- Track and manage submission deadlines to ensure timely participation.
**Follow-Up and Monitoring**:
- Monitor the status of submitted bids and respond to any queries or clarifications.
- Follow up on awarded tenders and ensure proper communication with stakeholders.
**Process Improvement**:
- Provide feedback on tender requirements and iterate strategies to improve the success rate.
- Regularly update internal teams on GeM updates and tender progress.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Any degree; freshers with knowledge about GeM and tenders are encouraged to apply.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with the GeM portal and tendering process is required.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to interpret tender requirements, assess feasibility, and craft compelling bids.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Street-smart approach to handle challenges and devise effective solutions.
- **Attention to Detail**: High accuracy in preparing bids and reviewing terms and conditions.
