**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively, even under pressure.
- Utilize basic computer skills to manage customer data and navigate company software.

**Requirements**:

- **Languages**: Proficiency in Kannada is preferred. Fluency in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu is required.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service roles is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
